How to become a natural beauty?

10 steps of natural beauty

Many try to be as beautiful as they can, but sometimes end up looking a tad artificial.

The secret for beautiful skin is naturally radiant, healthy and glowing skin.
You don`t need to lather your skin with layers of make up or undergo fancy and expensive skin treatments to achieve beautiful skin. What you do need is a well-balanced diet, regular exercise and a healthy lifestyle. Here I will teach you how to look (even more) beautiful, step by step, without looking fake.

Natural beauty step 1.

Get as much rest as you can. An average person needs at least 8 hours of full rest. If you snore, you lose about 2 hours per night. Make sure your head is positioned the correct way. If it's not, there's a chance you could be losing air when you snore.

Natural beauty step 2.

Eat less meat and more vegetables. It's okay to splurge occasionally, but keep portion control in mind.

Natural beauty step 3.

Don't eat out. Cook your own food; then you really know what's in it. Fresh food really counts in a diet. All that microwave, frozen, junk food and restaurant food could be harming your body. However, if you do eat out, go for something healthy, like a garden salad, or grilled chicken.

Natural beauty step 4.

Drink lots of water to flush out your body. 8oz. x 8 (or 64 ounces) per day is good for your health. It can also give skin that natural glow, and can even help you concentrate.

Natural beauty step 5.

Get good exercise, such as cardio, and fat burning. But you must make sure you have the energy (get your protein and carbs) to go with it.

Natural beauty step 6.

Keep yourself clean and shower daily. This is important. If you want, try using a lightly scented shower gel. Just make sure it doesn't irritate your skin.

Natural beauty step 7.

Keep your face clean, but not too clean. Wash your face twice a day with a mild, fragrance-free cleanser that doesn't strip your face of ALL its natural oils. Then exfoliate (if you don't want something expensive, try fresh lemon juice with fine white sugar- this gets rid of blackheads and dead skin) and tone (this calms skin and refines the look of pores), and most importantly, moisturize.

Natural beauty step 8.

Make sure your towels and clothes are clean. It's quite useless taking a shower, then drying off with a less-than-fresh towel.

Natural beauty step 9.

Moisturize your skin daily. You are now all natural!

Natural beauty step 10.

Brush your teeth twice a day, to keep your teeth nice and white! If you need to, use whitening strips.

Secrets of successful diets

Natural beauty

Why do some dieters suffer the endless frustration of losing and then gaining weight again and again, while others lose weight and keep it off forever?

And wouldn’t you like to belong to the latter group instead of the former?

Here are some surprisingly easy things that successful dieters do - and you can easily adapt these good habits yourself.

1.) You know that old conventional wisdom that goes “The scale doesn’t matter when you’re dieting”? For a long time experts scorned the idea of frequent weigh ins, pointing out that the scale can be inaccurate because of fluctuations caused by water weight.

However, it turns out that weighing yourself every day is actually an excellent motivator for dieters. A study in the Annals of Behavioral Medicine found that dieters who weighed themselves every day lost the most weight, and kept it off more successfully, compared to a group of dieters who did not weigh themselves regularly.

2.) Write down everything that you eat. The mere act of writing down everything that you eat is a motivator that helps keep you on track and makes you less likely to binge, fitness experts say.

3.) Find an exercise that you like, even if it’s just taking your dog for a mile long walk, or bicycling, or tennis - and do it at least a few times a week. It will speed up your weight loss, make you healthier, and dieters who also exercise are the most successful at keeping the weight off.

4.) Plan ahead. If you are going out to dinner with friends or to a holiday office party or even to the movies, what are you going to do when hunger pangs hit? Make sure that you’ve eaten a filling, non fattening snack or meal beforehand and decide what, if anything, you will eat at the party, movies, or whatever, before you go.

5.) Schedule the occasional indulgence. If you know that you get to eat a small ice cream sundae once a week, or one brownie, or half a cup of pasta, or whatever you are craving, you are much less likely to binge. You can also make sure that’s a day when you add in some extra exercise.
